Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort

A big thank you to Imen FO Supervisor at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism. From our arrival she was welcoming, helpful and genuinely lovely, with a warm attitude and a smile that made us feel valued. She handled everything carefully and efficiently, and her positive energy really added to our stay. Staff like Imen make a real difference and are a true asset to the Hilton. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The beach is right outside the hotel, and the rooms are roomy, clean, and kept in good shape. There are three pools, including a heated indoor one. The shower temperature kept changing, though, and I think the dining room smoke alarm going off so often, with the room filling with smoke, needs urgent attention. The food was good, but vegetarians and people avoiding gluten could use more consideration. I’d go all-inclusive, since the closest shops and restaurants are a 15-minute taxi ride away.

The entertainment crew brought a lot of energy and fun with their daily activities. The reception and restaurant staff were kind, professional, and ready to help. We also found the rooms spacious and clean, with regular housekeeping, and the food was varied, plentiful, and nicely prepared each day. We had a great stay from beginning to end and would gladly come back.

There’s plenty going on during the day and at night, and the rooms are good quality. I made use of all the services at hilton skanes and had a really good time. All-inclusive is great value, so make sure you book it.
