One resort

We had a good stay and found the place quite clean and safe. They're clearly trying to make the holiday enjoyable for everyone. For this region of Tunisia, it may be one of the best hotels to stay in. There was plenty to do with the kids: padel, minigolf, different swimming areas including an indoor pool, and water slides. Food and vegetables came in many varieties, and there were themed dinners each night. We also tried the spa, and Ayurveda and hot stone massages were our favorites. Tipping seemed expected for nearly every service, from room cleaning to a la carte restaurant visits and luggage help. It may be common across Tunisia, not just this hotel, so bring plenty of small notes. A taxi to and from the nearest Medina costs 15-20€.

Our room was perfect, modern and spotless, with a balcony and seating. The pools were excellent, entertainment was good, and staff were friendly. The food had plenty of variety, with ice cream, pizza, burgers, and more available all day and food and drinks around the clock. For families, that was ideal. A few more labels on the canapes would help with allergens and dietary needs. Highly recommended.

The beach, pools, and water slides were nice, and the animation team were friendly. But the cleanliness was awful. Our renovated room still had a dirty bathroom, and housekeeping did a poor job. In the main restaurant, plates, forks, and glasses had old food and grease on them, and sparrows were inside. All of us in our group of three families had stomach problems.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the animation team did a great job keeping people of all ages busy with fun activities. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and there was lots of delicious food to choose from across the resort. It was also helpful to be able to book tables at the different restaurants. The woman who helped us with those bookings was kind and made the whole process easy. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back.
