I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s dirty and doesn’t feel secure, and there aren’t enough rooms. The bed linens were filthy and hadn’t been changed since the previous guest. In the hallway, a French window had no glass, and the toilet door was broken. Cleaning staff and other personnel were negligent and unprofessional, and didn’t know how to communicate with tourists. A truly terrible hotel, not even worth half a star.
The rooms are only just acceptable, and breakfast was average. Staff were friendly. It’s a small hotel with a steam room that has thermal waters.
Al-Ufuq Inn, once one of Nafta’s beautiful inns, has been closed and out of service for two years.
A good place to get some well-earned rest while visiting the famous basket, where one of the Star Wars movies was filmed, along with the medina and oasis.
Service is inefficient, and there are a lot of disturbances inside the hotel. Some staff also don’t respect guests’ privacy.
