The Nœud de la Marsa Heart of the City

The staff were what made our stay stand out. They were attentive, always around when we needed help, and went out of their way, from sorting out our itinerary to checking that everything was right. I spent a few days here with a group of 14. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and comfortable, and the hotel's tasteful decor and well-kept facilities made it a very inviting place. L’Hôtel Particulier La Marsa felt like a real gem for a group, with comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I'd happily recommend it and hope to return.

The food was a real letdown for the price. The appetizers were varied and tasty, but the soup was disappointing and the main course fell short. The meat was inedible, and the dish listed as Grouper was actually farmed Gilt-head bream, a cheaper fish. Nobody apologized or explained the change, which felt disrespectful and dishonest. We went to Hotel Particulier for Iftar last night, and the waitstaff and managers were helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent, but the meal was at best average.

The rooms were really comfortable, and the location was wonderful. We were there with children, and the service was great. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

Asma, the hotel's director, made my stay comfortable and easy. She gave me personal tips on places to go and eat, made sure there was a warm, authentic Tunisian breakfast each morning, and helped the hotel feel like a family home. She and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The building feels like a beautiful villa, and every corner has been carefully planned. It took more than four years to finish, bringing together a leading Tunisian designer and a world-renowned architect. This small masterpiece feels like a source of pride for the city and the family behind it. L’Hotel Particulier is a beautiful new boutique hotel in La Marsa, one of the most refreshing and exciting areas of Tunis. It was one of my best hotel experiences in years of travel. I almost hesitate to recommend it because I don't want this hidden gem to get too popular, but go before the guidebooks catch on!
