Hotel Concorde Green Park Palace

At first, a few things went wrong during our 12-night stay at Concorde Green Park Palace in Port El Kantaoui, Sousse. Then customer relations officer Amirah stepped in and changed the whole holiday for us. She arranged outings to nearby cities where we saw amazing architecture, history, and culture, with a tour guide who treated us like family. We found the room spotless and well maintained, and the food was tasty every day with plenty to choose from. Staff across the hotel gave us a warm welcome. Reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional, and the waiters made us feel well looked after. The evening shows were well planned, fun for all ages, and respectful of different cultures, which we really appreciated. It was our first trip to Tunisia and our first all-inclusive holiday. We’ll definitely return next year with family and make more memories. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay.

November was quiet, and the hotel was great value for an out-of-season break. I’m not sure I’d come in peak summer when it’s busy. The place is a little dated, and the corridors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in years, but the staff, service, and food were amazing for the price. Problems were sorted quickly. There’s a huge pool, a spa pool, and direct access to the beach and sea. The entertainment team were very enthusiastic and put on a varied programme.

Breakfast was pretty average and could use more variety and better presentation. The rest of the food was truly delicious, though the menu got a little repetitive during our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has plenty of potential, with a pleasant, elegant atmosphere. I was surprised when the young woman at reception said bottled water was provided only on the first night for guests on half-board. For a five-star hotel, I didn’t expect to have to buy water after that, even with dinner in the restaurant.

The service made my stay at Green Park Palace especially memorable. Themar and Rayan were attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Their warmth made me feel really looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, good amenities, and a calm atmosphere. I enjoyed the food, too, and the location was handy for exploring while still feeling peaceful. I’d happily recommend Green Park Palace to anyone visiting Tunisia.
