Hotel Sentido Bellevue Park

Aymen made us feel welcome and served great mocktails, while Chico kept us entertained with his humour. Their warm, positive attitude added a lot to the atmosphere and made the stay more memorable. We had a fantastic time and would recommend the hotel for a friendly, fun, relaxing stay. We’ll definitely come back.

The kids absolutely loved the shows, and Selena and Maysa were especially lovely with them and fantastic performers. The entertainment team really made our holiday, with wonderful productions that were so much fun. Great job to the girls and everyone on the team. Thanks again xx

The animation team, all 10 of them, were the heart and soul of the place for us. They were friendly, down to earth, and made the holiday special. The beach was lovely and good for kids, and the facilities were generally a high standard. The gym was adequate for a full body workout. I’d avoid the spa, though, because the hotel manager was obnoxious and treated his staff poorly. We stayed 10 nights in Feb 2026 with my wife and two young kids. We’d paid to upgrade to a beautiful top floor sea view room near the beach. It was well equipped and a nice standard, but there was a slight sewage smell that never went away. The cleaner was amazing, came every day, and changed the sheets and towels. Tip the staff and the service goes a long way. Reception was great, especially Hamza and Amine. They were professional, patient with my questions, and spoke very fluent English. The restaurant was a mixed bag. Some dishes were amazing, others less so, but there was plenty of choice. Tuna pizza was a family favourite, and the seafood was amazing. The layout was a big negative, often overcrowded, with guests pushing in the queue. Restaurant staff varied a lot, some really good and others really bad and rude. Ramzi was great and always smiling. All in all, it was a great holiday and I can honestly recommend it if you set your expectations. It’s still Africa, so don’t expect five star standards like Antalya or Dubai.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would come back. It was a last minute booking because of problems in the Middle East at the time. The resort isn’t huge, which has pros and cons. It felt friendly and we got to know the staff, and the sunbed ratio seemed better because there weren’t many people when we visited at Easter. On the downside, there’s no massive water park or loads to do, especially in rain, and there’s only one buffet and one A La Cart restaurant. Our room was great, just like the pictures. We paid a little extra with easyjet for a Superior family room, which was effectively at least two normal bedrooms, with an entrance hall, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a sea view. It was kept really clean, with beds made and the room cleaned daily. The buffet was excellent, with lots of choice and dishes cooked fresh at different stations. There was always something for us and both kids, with loads of desserts and fruit. The A La Carte place wasn’t advertised much, probably because it has limited capacity, and we were told we could go once a week. The food was good, but service wasn’t amazing, perhaps because we had a new waiter. With kids, I’d skip it because of the wait and lack of meal choice. We only had positive experiences with the many staff, from cleaners and bar staff to the dining and Animation crews. At the buffet you basically keep the same waiters through the week, and they really made us feel welcome. Our kids loved the Animation staff’s daily activities, including Archery, darts, aqua aerobics, zumba, and Yoga. They helped the kids come out of their shells at the discos, too.
