I came on my own and felt so welcome. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive. The main buffet had loads of options, including steak, lamb, sushi, salads, fresh fruit and lots of drinks. The restaurants are beautiful, and the Italian place was incredible, both the food and the setting. The beach and pools are stunning, and the entertainment was so much fun. I even stood on a guy's back while he swallowed a sword, lol. The spa was great too, with an amazing massage and a lovely indoor pool. The facial was the one bad part. It was quite painful, and when I told the woman, she carried on, lol. I wouldn't get another one. I'm really sad to leave this amazing place, but I'll definitely be back. I've got plenty more good things to say, but this would get too long. Thanks so much to all the staff! 💖💝

Aziz, the Guest Relations Manager, really stood out for his kindness and professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure the details of our stay were right. Marwen, the Reception Manager, was just as attentive and friendly, and always ready to help. Both made us feel at home. From security and reception to dining, bars, cleaning, housekeeping and animation, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thanks to Aziz, Marwen and the whole team, our stay at this beautiful hotel was smooth, comfortable and memorable. Their care for guests deserves credit. We'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.

The reception guy was so friendly and attentive. He surprised us with an upgrade to all inclusive and a better room, then gave us olive oil as a leaving gift. The animation team had fun activities too. Shout out to Kitty for the Arabic lessons, Tito for the dancing, and all the others. We had a great stay and will recommend it to family and friends 😊

I came on my own this time and felt comfortable doing that. The staff remembered me, and their reaction when I came back was priceless. My cousin and I usually visit every November because the weather and atmosphere suit us so well. Fathi, Fedi and Ali at the bar bring my drinks over now before I even have to ask. Zahardine is the sweetest waiter in the evenings and always makes dinner lovely. The animation team gets five stars, especially Alex. He goes out of his way to get people involved, keep the music going and put on fantastic evening shows. It was sad to see Ziko leave, since holidays won't be the same, but the rest of the team is still incredible. They really make the holiday. ❤️❤️
