Marhaba Beach

The part of my stay that stood out most was ISLEM. She was warm, attentive, and professional, always greeting people with a smile and making an extra effort to help guests feel at ease. Her kindness really added to the visit. Marhaba Beach Hotel is in a lovely area in Tunisia, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a wonderful stay.

The staff made this week feel like staying with a big Tunisian family. Everyone was welcoming, whether with adults or children, and my granddaughter, Athena, got so much affection and attention. The animation team worked incredibly hard, too. We visited out of season, so it was quiet, and the beach is lovely with a walk into Sousse centre. My daughter, granddaughter and I got back from the Marhaba Beach last night. Our room was spacious, cleaned well every day, and had a sea view. They provided a cot for the baby, and the sound of the waves helped us sleep. The buffet had a huge selection, from Tunisian dishes and salads to fresh pasta, kebabs and fish. The cakes and desserts were lovely. My daughter and granddaughter have food allergies, but when we explained that to the Máitre de, it was no problem. Thank you all. We had a great week.

A big reason we had such a lovely weekend with friends was the team, especially the restaurant staff, who kept checking that we had everything we needed. The receptionists were kind as well, and the whole staff were attentive and smiling. Aziz Sahloul, the Director, was around making sure things ran smoothly and guests were happy. His dedication shows in his team. The hotel was pleasant, with clean, well-kept rooms and really comfortable beds and pillows. There was plenty of tasty food at the restaurant, so everyone could find something they liked. We came away with wonderful memories and hope to return. Highly recommended 🫶

The main letdown was our sea-view room. We could barely see the beach, and it was close to the restaurant ventilation, so it wasn't what we'd expected. The desserts were disappointing, too, though the buffet had a nice range and the rest of the food was good. We stayed one night and liked the feel of the place. The room was clean, and the furniture looked modern and well cared for. It was still a pleasant visit.
