The gardens were stunning, the pools were excellent, and having direct access to the beach was a real highlight. Most lifeguards were helpful and found us sunbeds where we wanted them. The restaurant and waiting staff worked incredibly hard and were always polite. Food was excellent and varied, and even our fussy two-year-old ate nearly everything. Our room was very well maintained, with fresh bedding and a high cleaning standard every day. The TV had little we could find in English, which was disappointing but not a disaster. I did have a serious concern about supervision at the pools. I had to rescue two small children during our week. One had fallen into the children's pool and was climbing over the divider between the pools. The other, a little boy in the pool outside room no.123, fell out of his inflatable and was clearly drowning while the lifeguard sat chatting with a group of guests. Luckily, I was watching my own child and reached him quickly. Keep a close eye on young children who can't swim strongly. The animation team did very little to involve us. Nobody invited us to an activity all week, while I saw large German groups being asked to join archery, water polo, bowls and water aerobics. It seemed easier to organize activities with big groups, and the English guests were mostly overlooked. We still had a great time and made lovely first family-holiday memories with my partner and child. We went jet skiing and quad biking too. Don't book those through the hotel, as it's extortionate. Malek on the beach by the WWII bunker offered a much better deal. I'd recommend the stay, 4.5/5.

I stayed with my 11-year-old, and we had a good time. The food was brilliant, and the welcoming staff were very friendly. The animation Team did a great job getting people involved in the fun. We had a few issues with the company we booked our holiday through, but the reception desk was understanding and helpful. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you.

The atmosphere and surroundings were stunning, and we really enjoyed the varied, tasty food on our all-inclusive stay as a couple. But the hotel badly needs maintenance. The sink drain smelled blocked, both bedside lamps were broken, and the bathroom could do with refurbishment. There were ants and other insects in our room, and we came home with lots of swollen bites. We also felt the staff treated some groups of people better than others. I hope the hotel improves things and treats everyone equally.

I've stayed here twice and plan to come back again. You won't go hungry, with plenty of food choices, and it's easy to find a sunbed. The pool bar staff bring drinks while you relax. The hotel is very clean, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of daytime activity, then shows, dancing and karaoke in the evening. Nino, Zino and Bibo especially deserve credit for all the work they put in to keep holidaymakers entertained.
