We found the staff kind and helpful throughout, from the bar to the restaurant and housekeeping. They were keen to make the stay pleasant, and the cleaning team did a great job. Some reviews say the staff are rude, but that wasn't our experience. The poor treatment we did see came from a few guests who piled up food only to waste it and behaved badly toward staff. The animation team kept children and adults busy with golf, bocce, quizzes and other activities. It's a very family-oriented place, so there are lots of kids around. Our room was clean and looked after every day. The pool was spotless and the beach was nice, though the beach bar only had juice and water, no coffee or alcohol. There was a good choice of food for different tastes. It may be a little less suited to Europeans, but you won't go hungry.

I wouldn't really recommend coming in winter. It's cold, and the rooms, indoor pool and hot water weren't well maintained. I also didn't find the staff particularly professional or welcoming. The food in the hotel wasn't good, so I preferred eating nearby. Maybe I'd enjoy the place more in summer.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels on vacation, and this is one of my favorites. It has what you need to have a pleasant stay.

The room was bare, with nothing but the walls, and they didn't even provide soap in the bathroom. Service was poor, and the staff treated us very badly. The food was disgusting and completely inedible. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had.

There was a single bed, a toilet that leaked, and none of the basics we expected: no towels, Wi-Fi, TV or fridge. Room service was terrible, and it was the same in every room. The hotel badly needs renovation, and the food was average with undercooked meat. The beach had only a few reserved chairs. When we asked the reception manager to move our mother because loud music kept her from sleeping, he was rude. Never again.
