The Dunes Apartments

The short-term tenants made it hard for me to enjoy the stay. People from different backgrounds were inconsiderate, and the pool area was often noisy and messy. I hope management deals with this, though I don't really think it will happen. I'd tell others to stay away and find somewhere else. The apartment has a good location and amenities, with the beach just a five-minute walk away. But security doesn't cover the night shift, so the back door and beach access are locked from 17:30 to 08:00. That means a longer walk around to the main entrance. Parking is often behind the building too, which adds another long walk to the front door when the back entrance is shut.

It was only one night, thankfully, because the apartment was dirty, with no hygiene or comfort. Both the day and night concierges were rude and verbally aggressive. Wi-Fi was advertised but unavailable, and when I told the owner, she ignored it. That one night was terrible.

I rented a place for my family from a woman named Nisrine, and the hygiene was awful. I'd never seen so much dirt, it felt like staying in a stable. There was one plate, a spoon and two glasses, but no pots. Nisrine was irresponsible, unprofessional and uneducated. When I called to explain the condition of the apartment, she wouldn't even come see it or apologize. Be careful who you rent from and hand your money to. I'm never going back! 🤮🤢

The apartment and the place were really good, and the beach is close by. The pool was perfect, and the staff were very kind. I'll come back. Thanks!
