The location and rooms are great, but the stay was a mess. On the day we arrived, they put us in a room that already had other guests in it. The food was disgusting and inedible, and getting served took ages. Staff treated clients badly, like they were beggars. You can't use the pool unless you pay 30 DT per day, while the other pool is tiny and belongs to the toboggan. Don't be fooled by the photos and videos. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything that made me want to come back. The food and service were both really bad, and the place left me feeling like staying there was a mistake.

The service was terrible. We arrived, then had to spend a whole day at reception before they gave us a room.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. No respect at all.
