The Tunisian food was unforgettable, and the service was the best we’ve experienced. The authentic décor looks beautiful, and the gorgeous curtains made our room feel like a royal suite. For five-star comfort and a real taste of Tunisia, this felt like the complete package. Maybe add curtains in the hallways for one last nice touch 😅

The restaurant was spotless, and the view was lovely. The food was okay, though the beef skewers were a little tough. I’d suggest coming for lunch, and hope they can improve the meat quality.

My family and I left feeling very happy and grateful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we were warmly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to the Spa team for being professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. It was a truly wonderful experience.

I drove all the way from Tozeur hoping to enjoy the terrace view and have a drink, and ended up feeling unwelcome for the whole hour I spent trying to get in. I can only give this one star because there’s no option for zero. First we stopped at Atlas Café next to the hotel, which is part of the property. They said they closed at 16:00 and suggested getting a drink at the hotel bar. But at the entrance, the security guard turned us away, saying the hotel was only for residents. I called reception and was told we could come in. The guard called the receptionist too, and she confirmed it, though he opened the door with an obviously rude attitude. As we were about to park, reception called me back and said there had suddenly been a private party because of a miscommunication, so we couldn’t enter. I returned to Atlas Café, where the staff kindly contacted the Bar Manager. He confirmed that we were welcome. Still, when we went back to the hotel, the guard refused us again, said the other employee was lying, and was rude and unwelcoming. I called reception once more. A male receptionist said the guard “knows better,” but couldn’t explain the hotel’s policy. We only wanted to see the view and have a beer. The staff at Atlas Café were friendly and tried to help, but the employees kept contradicting one another. The security staff were rude and incompetent. What is the actual policy, or does the guard decide based on his mood? This was the worst treatment I’ve had in the south of Tunisia. I’d expected the hospitality and warmth I’m used to in Tozeur.
