Castilia suites

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful. The suites were very good and clean. You can also arrange a 4*4 car at the agency near the hotel to visit Chbika, ong djemal, the star wars decoration, and La Corbeille de Nefta.

The food was a real highlight. We ate at the hotel twice, and both meals were flavorful, nicely presented, and excellent throughout. Breakfast was generous, varied, and high quality too. Castilia Suites was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were professional and welcoming, and they paid close attention to guests' well-being. We had an excellent stay in Tozeur and highly recommend the hotel. We'll definitely be back!

What made our stay especially lovely was the welcome. A helpful, smiling woman looked after us at breakfast and served plenty for everyone. The same person at reception went out of her way to bring breakfast to the room for those of us who had woken up late. Thank you, and I hope to come back soon. We stayed on October 29, 2025, as a family of 5 adults and 2 children. The aparthotel had two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed, plus three beds in the living room. The kitchen was separate, divided from the living room by a sliding glass door. The bathroom was small and basic, but fine for one night.

Our ground-floor apartment faced the street, so there was quite a bit of noise. The residence sits on the main road at Tozeur's entrance, which makes it very well located. Breakfast was varied and very good, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming. It's good value for a family of 4. The place is in decent condition, with a few small signs of wear, and the hot water worked really well, which is rare in Tunisia.
