Maison D'Hôtes Villa Fatima

Mr Taieb's experience and knowledge helped him plan a full Tunisian itinerary across most cities, with advice on hotels, restaurants, transport, and the best routes. We booked directly by WhatsApp using the number on the Google Maps listing, and Mr Taieb even drove us from Tunis to his homestay. I already had bookings through other apps, but he was happy to adjust things when I decided to spend longer in Tozeur. We also booked separate trips: a one-day tour to Tamerza, Mides, Nafta, Chebika, and the Star Wars locations, plus a one-night desert adventure followed by a transfer to Tatouine. A wonderful four-night stay with Mr Taieb and his wife Fatima. Her warmth and the whole family's care kept us well fed and safe. Their cats Mimi and Whisky were a joy, well behaved and not bothersome to guests. Highly recommend their service. A big thank you!

We felt like we were staying with friends at Dar Fatima. Mr. Taeib and Ms. Fatima welcomed us warmly and took such good care of us. They're truly global citizens who embrace the world like one big family. Their kindness and attention made our stay memorable, and they shared useful ideas for things to see and do nearby and helped arrange transport for our excursions. Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated in traditional Tunisian style, with modern comforts. Each morning brought a delicious spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, and Tunisian specialties. I'd happily recommend this delightful place to anyone visiting Tozeur.

The hosts make you feel at home, and the rooms are clean, a good size, and nice. We had a delicious evening meal with lots of different dishes, so come hungry. They can arrange tours and activities if you want. We took a superb overnight trip to the desert. A great place to stay, highly recommend.

Fatima cooked glorious dinners, and breakfast was delicious too. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably equipped, and the suite also had a living room. We were welcomed with fresh lemonade and dates from the garden. My daughter got sick while we were there, and they were so good to us. They're good people with kind hearts, and I'll never forget how they looked after us. A big thank you for everything. Our stay was simply perfect.
