September 2025 I had an early checkout at 4:30 am, and Mohammad even packed food for me. They also accommodated my room requests, especially my request for a quiet room. Ahmad was extraordinary, listening carefully and working through my issues, and I'm very grateful for Hasifia's support. Please book tours through the hotel. They arranged a good driver and service, kept to time, and charged a decent price. Thanks for making my trip more meaningful.

Wish I'd stayed longer than three days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. It's a pleasant spot close to everything, and great value for money. Thank you 🙏🏼😊😊

We rented maison d’hôte Rouissi, but the owners lied to us and rented us this miserable room instead. Don't trust them.

Tozeur disappointed me. The town wasn't clean, and its restaurants were expensive for the quality of the food. I'm Tunisian, and I understand my country is trying to recover from the crisis of recent years, but I can't accept how unclean the town is when the services on offer don't match it. Business owners need to push the town governor to do more, especially to maintain the Star Wars filming location. At the accommodation, there was no TV or WiFi, the towels were very old, breakfast was poor, and there was no lift, so I had to use the stairs. The quality doesn't justify the price.

We stayed for two nights, and the place was better than we expected. The room was roomy and clean, and the AC worked. The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, eggs, bread, cheese, yoghurt, and coffee, but that matches the usual standard in Tunisia. No complaints for the price.
