Concorde Paris

The sea view is lovely, but the smell of seaweed and other things spoils it. I guess there isn't much that can be done about that. The staff, housekeeping team, and receptionists were some of the nicest people I've met. Still, the fruit in the room was spoiled, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and many TV channels didn't work. The balcony was bare and could use a mattress and a small chair or something. I also wondered why there weren't any drinks in the fridge.

We came with our school for a competition and had such a great time. Since the hotel is right by the airport, we were able to walk there, and the weather was lovely. Our room was clean, with a beautiful lake view. There was a pool and a spa too. Honestly, one of the best hotels in Tunis.

The breakfast was fresh and really delicious, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. I'm still staying here after a week of visiting different cities and hotels, and this has been the best one so far. It deserves its stars, especially after my experience at a 5* in Hammamet where the food didn't feel 5* at all. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the view is fantastic. I especially appreciated the phone in the bath as a safety feature, since hotels don't always have one. My one suggestion would be to remove the carpets from the rooms. They're clean, but as someone with allergies, I'd rather have bare floors. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and be glad to come back.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel is in very poor condition, and my experience at reception was awful. I asked about laundry I'd handed in that morning, and Annis, the receptionist, yelled at me and said it wasn't his problem. He even swore in front of my two children. A receptionist should help sort out problems and make guests feel comfortable, so this was especially upsetting.
