The staff were the best part, always welcoming and ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, though small, and the food was below average, with basically the same menu each day. The location is fairly convenient for the industrial zone and other parts of town, but nearby there isn't much beyond restaurants and shops selling the usual things, which are basically nonexistent. I was ready to rate the hotel four stars until checkout, when we were charged extra for drinks from the fridge. Nobody had told us those weren't included in the reservation.

Breakfast was good, the staff were nice, and the hotel was clean and well located, as expected. The AC was a major problem, though they tried to fix it. Parking is extremely tight. It works well enough for a quick visit, and the price could be better.

Water was dripping from the ceiling in one of our rooms, and the basic service was poor enough that I didn't feel like trying the SPA. We had booked two rooms for my family, and one had no towels or tissues. I called reception twice within ten minutes and nobody answered or called back, so we were left without help when we needed it. For a place carrying a 4-star label, the rooms and service fell far short of what I expected. I can't recommend it unless staff responsiveness and basic room standards improve significantly.

The rest was good, but be careful with your booking details. They keep trying to charge you as much as they can, and you end up having a full-on fight with them over it.
