The rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff were friendly. The hotel sits on a busy roundabout, about a 30-minute walk from the main shops. It seems like one of the better places to stay in town, though I wouldn’t choose to stay in town for a holiday. I wouldn’t recommend booking taxis through the hotel. They seem to charge per person staying in the room, and that carries over to the taxi fare. We paid $150, or $50 per person, to go to the blow holes, while another taxi charged just $50. I suppose other hotels may do the same.

We had to stay longer because of flight cancellations and delays, and the owners and staff supported us and helped with everything. The rooms are spotless and spacious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The rooms are huge and comfortable, more like a stylish, very comfy home, with sofas, desks, WiFi, hot water, and AC. Breakfast is available at the property, and a security guard kept watch overnight, so I felt safe. I was only in Tonga for one night, and this was my top choice. The staff were great. They arranged my airport transfer, set up a cultural activity, and had plenty of information about things to do around Tonga. I’d definitely stay here again.

For me, this is the best hotel in Nukualofa, with the cleanest rooms and best customer service. Lani went out of her way several times to arrange taxis and rental cars and to store our luggage. Housekeeping were lovely and did an excellent job. This will be my go-to hotel on future visits to Tonga.
