The peaceful setting was a real plus, with Aya Yorgi Church about a 25-minute walk away. We only booked one night, but we’d happily return. The staff were wonderful, and the coffee, tea, and food were all delicious. Our room had lovely natural wood finishes and a fireplace that’ll be especially nice when we come back in winter. The whole property was clean and beautiful.

We were looking for a quiet, car-free break on Buyukada, away from Istanbul’s constant bustle, and this place near the hills suited us perfectly. We’d first booked somewhere by the harbor, where it was almost like a party joint, so we moved here instead. The owners were attentive and very helpful. We’d come back.
