The walls are thin enough that you can hear everything your neighbors say, and the compound still has little to offer despite the extremely high aidat. There isn't even a working elevator. Only one elevator works; using the other two is at your own risk. The outages can last up to four hours, and don't expect AC in summer. Management is awful. They didn't turn on the air conditioning during summer, and power was repeatedly cut to the appartements so electricity could be used for construction, since work on the compound wasn't finished. After one vacation, we returned to find the electricity still off because they had forgotten to turn it back on, and all the food in the fridge had spoiled. Update: in 2025, there's another problem, water that has acetone in it.

It's June and the management still hasn't fixed the AC, even though they promised it would be done by May. With all the windows in the building, the heat is unbearable. I can't sleep or work at home, and it feels like management is torturing us.

It's a suitable residential project, though it isn't finished yet. In terms of residential services, it doesn't rank among Istanbul's strongest projects.
