4/10
The room had a strong old cigarette smell, and the sheets and towels didn't feel fresh. The carpet was disgusting, full of hair and dirt, and had holes in it. The shower was broken and leaked all over the bathroom floor. Even the weak hairdryer smelled like it was burning. The hotel felt dated and unhygienic, and the spa and bath facilities were closed. A very unpleasant stay!

The hotel's main advantage is where it sits, near the souks, airport and otogar. The spa and fitness area were closed for maintenance, and the rooms could use repairs. The sheets weren't very clean. There's no balcony, and the window is so high you can't see anything outside. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special.

2/10
There was hardly anything working: the toilet wouldn't flush, the TV was out, the key cards failed, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. The carpets had stains, including what looked like blood and cigarette marks, while the sheets had hair and yellow stains. The bathroom stank, the furniture was a bit dusty, and there was a bad smell throughout. There's only one elevator for such a large hotel, and the photos are fake. The staff don't speak English. Nothing good to mention!

Hair everywhere, and the place is really dirty. Worst hotel I've seen.
