The one drawback was the mosque nearby. We were on the 10th floor and had double pane windows, but the early morning prayer call came through painfully loud every day. I hope management can speak with the mosque about turning down the speakers. Apart from that, this is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are amazing, and breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. Elif served us in the restaurant and was courteous and very professional.

Breakfast was great, but it couldn't make up for the unpleasant, unhealthy atmosphere. Smoke was a constant issue around the hotel, including a strong smell in the breakfast area. We'd booked and paid for a Superior King Room, but ended up in a different room because the one assigned to us had a pervasive, pungent smoke smell. The stay was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The city location, service, rooms, and breakfast all left me with good things to say. I was there only a few nights, but that was enough for me to recommend it. I hope I can come back someday.

The hotel's in the heart of the city, and the location couldn't be much better. The rooms were amazing, with lovely exterior and interior design, and the food was generally great. I had a nice stay, though one person in particular wasn't cooperative or helpful with us. Everyone else was extremely helpful. They should focus on having employees who are more cooperative and helpful.

Big, really clean rooms and employees who were always smiling and so helpful. Everything felt perfect. Thank you so much for everything 😍
