Gumus Otel

The main issue was the other guests. There was banging on doors and shouting well past midnight, until 2 AM, and I even saw someone slamming a door like a barn door in broad daylight. The hotel should be much more careful about who it accepts, because this behavior is hurting its reputation. I’m from Kastamonu and have stayed in plenty of hotels, so I can say this one is clean and comfortable. The room size was just right, and the staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. If they sort out the noise problem, I might stay here again on my next trip.

We came back to Gümüş Hotel this year after staying there last year, and had another lovely stay from August 29th to September 1st. The beach is just one street away, and there are all kinds of restaurants nearby. It’s a pleasant, clean family hotel with a filling buffet breakfast and friendly, attentive staff. We especially enjoyed the warm smile and lovely conversation from the owner, Ms. Hilmiye. Thanks to Gümüş Hotel and Ms. Hilmiye 🤗🌸 See you next year 🙋🏻‍♀️

I come back every year because the place feels like family, and the service and smiles are always there. Ms. Hilmiye and her husband Mr. Cengiz deserve a special thanks. Gümüş Hotel is close to the beach, and the location and facilities are the kind you won’t regret. I’ve never had to worry about room cleanliness or the service. Thanks to the whole Gümüş Hotel family.

This is a modest hotel at a fair price, not a five-star property, so please keep expectations reasonable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom good. Its location is excellent. There was a cigarette smell, but it came from other guests. I aired out the room by opening the window and it was fine. Thanks, and I hope to come back.
