The location is excellent, close to the city center and in an attractive spot, and the price was affordable. Breakfast was quite enough, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Management were willing to go the extra mile. The hotel works well for budget travelers, but the room and bathroom needed more cleaning. The toilet was stained, and the rooms smelled really bad. The air conditioner was leaking, with its drain pipe emptying into a plastic jerrycan inside the room. Please accept my apologies, and thank you for everything.

Devran was very hospitable, as were the rest of the staff. He helped me practice my Turkish and was always ready to lend a hand. The room was clean and had air conditioning, and breakfast was good quality. I had an amazing stay, 10/10.

Right in the center of Adiyaman Çarsi, the location is very good. The room was acceptably clean, and the staff were nice and helpful, but everything at the hotel, breakfast included, felt very minimal. As a solo traveler, I could see it working just as a place to sleep for a night or two. I wouldn't choose it for a family. I didn't want to risk using the shower, and on my last morning I only had coffee, choosing to get breakfast somewhere else. Next time, I'd try a different hotel.

A great budget choice with service as a real focus. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water and good Wi-Fi. Life. Breakfast was included, I was given a room upgrade, and the airport transfer cost TRY 100. The location is central.

There are so many positive things about this hotel I can't list them all. The service was high quality and really nice, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. This will be my choice when I come back.
