For a hotel in a world-famous chain, the service here was below average. It felt like management was lacking, or that they were cutting costs because demand was low. I asked for a cappuccino and got 3 in 1 coffee powder instead. They had no small pillow for the baby's bed. The interior materials seem good, but they're not being maintained or attended to. I attached photos. We were also put in the noisiest room, even though the hotel seemed almost 90% empty and could have placed us on the other side or on an upper floor.

The hotel felt very spacious, and we had a good late check-in with lovely, helpful staff. Our room and bathroom were in good shape, clean, and smelled nice, and the ambiance was great. Breakfast offered much more choice than at a regular hotel and was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Manager Himmet deserves special thanks. His dedication and excellent service really raised the experience above what I expected, and he helped us catch the bus service back to the airport. The rest of the team were neat, helpful, professional, and attentive to what guests needed. I recently stayed at Wyndham Afyonkarahisar, and the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service exceeded my expectations. The meals were a delight, with local flavors, and I loved the thermal water. It's a gem, with a great location, superb amenities, and a team that goes the extra mile. I highly recommend it for a relaxing, indulgent getaway.
