The bed was really comfortable, and I slept through the night. The reception staff were friendly, and there’s a grocery store nearby since the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. It’s centrally located in Suranamet city, with AC in the rooms. The room is small, but that makes sense for the price. Good value for money! 💯

The central location comes with a lot of street noise, even at night, and the rooms have no soundproofing. Cleaning was very poor, the stairs are steep, and both the rooms and beds are very small. This is one of the poorer small traditional hotels in the area, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The reception staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. The cleanliness, though, was a major problem. For all eight days, the bathroom and floor weren’t cleaned. The housekeeper only straightened the bed each day. The place is very small, so cleaning it wouldn’t take much time, and it would make a big difference. I hope they take this criticism into account.

The historical building made this one of the most unique stays I’ve ever had. The tram and bus stations are only 3 minutes away, and it’s close to all the famous places. If you don’t mind the noise, I think the experience is better than staying in a 5 star hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Zainb at reception for the warm welcome and all the information, and to Mr. Ali too.

The room was fine, and the hotel is in a good location, but there’s a lot of noise outside. There’s absolutely no room service. There are many mosques nearby, so expect loud, annoying sounds at 5 AM.
