Şiva Pera Hotel and Spa

The staff were always smiling and did their best to make us comfortable. I don’t know their names, but they were all great at their jobs. We felt at home here, and I have no regrets about choosing Siva Pera, even though I’d seen the Google reviews first. We booked a deluxe dbl room that looked like the pictures. It was quiet, with no street noise, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We often watched movies on the TV connected to the wifi. There was a mini fridge with snacks and drinks for a small extra charge, clean towels, a powerful hairdryer, and even a toothbrush in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, and the large lobby had chairs and tables where we could relax and chat. I highly recommend it if you’re careful about choosing a hotel for your trip. There was some noise, but that comes with staying in such a lively area. The rooms were small, though clean and cozy, and the price was great for the location. You’re right on Taksim Street, which makes it a fantastic base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. I stayed for almost a week and had a great time. It’s a lovely, friendly, inexpensive hotel, with cheerful staff and internet that worked well. The location is great too, just a block from Istiklal street and a block from Cihangir, with its coffee shops, local bread stores, and good breakfast restaurants.

I was there for 4 days and really enjoyed the hospitality. The receptionists and staff were lovely. The room was compact, but the windows were a big plus since bright rooms can be hard to find in Istanbul. It’s also close to the lively neighborhood, in a perfect location. Hope I can come back soon :)
