Ms. Malak at the spa was incredibly kind and professional, and gave my wife a fantastic massage. Many thanks to her for such a great spa experience. The hotel itself is amazing, with excellent service.

The spa was a real highlight. Mrs. Sultan gave me one of the best massages I've had, with a soothing, therapeutic technique adjusted to what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also want to call out Sali, the bellman. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and his English was excellent, so communication was easy. His professionalism and attention to detail made me think he should be the main manager here. He deserves the title! Alusso Thermal Hotel felt peaceful and immaculate, with luxurious thermal facilities. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and would definitely return. It's a great place to unwind, and I can't recommend it enough.

We liked our stay a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a peaceful spot close to the city. We also enjoyed the clean spa, with lots of ways to spend time there, especially the sauna and thermal pools. Thanks to Melek hanım for taking such good care of us and giving me a very relaxing massage. The hotel is a bit conservative and doesn't offer alcohol. If you're after a peaceful environment and thermal water, though, it's perfect.

It's disgusting and irresponsible to go to a hotel while sick and coughing every three minutes, spreading germs to everyone else. The hotel also isn't clean enough.
