Two years later, greetings again to my dear Oruçoğlu Thermal Resort. Even with the hotel quite busy, the staff were attentive and quick to respond to what we needed. I also loved the restaurant, the food was varied and delicious at every meal, and the friendly service made dining even nicer. The relaxing atmosphere and thermal facilities helped me recharge and get away from the daily rush. I felt my little one was safe thanks to the child safety measures, so I could properly relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you for your dedication to quality service. I'll happily recommend the hotel to friends and family, and I hope to come back soon. All the best, Yakar

The dessert was good, and there was still plenty of food to choose from, though the food itself wasn't what I expected. Breakfast had little variety and wasn't especially good, but it was okay. The rooms are clean and very warm, so winter stays shouldn't be a worry. A decent place for a weekend.

The thermal pools were a letdown. They're small and have no natural light, and when crowded they felt especially claustrophobic. The staff, on the other hand, were pleasant and professional, and breakfast was excellent.

We were only passing through Afion and had booked one day, but we loved it so much that we added another three days. My family and I, with our two children, had a blast. The hotel, spa, pool, food, and cleaning services were brilliant. We'll most definitely be back! 💞💞💞💞

I've stayed here many times, but when I arrived tired and needing rest, Orucoglu clerks refused to honor my lower-priced online booking. Customer service was downright rude. They first offered a $600/TL night, then dropped it to 450 and finally 350 after I showed them my booking rate, still far above what I'd actually booked. Shark tactics. No thanks, I won't return. For a five-star facility, the facilities are average at best, and the location is overrated cost-wise given that I had spent three days in Fethiye. Not recommended.
