They upgraded us to a suite for free, a lovely surprise. We were on the fifth floor with a great view over the Bosphorous, and had a spacious room with very nice amenities. Many sights, the waterfront, and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast was very nice, and Erhan, the attendant, was friendly and efficient. He always remembered our names. The dining and reception staff were all helpful. It’s a great place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety, and the hotel is in a great location. But the room was nothing like the photos. It was dark, with no access to normal daylight, and smelled strongly of mold. The spa was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but it turned out to cost extra, and wasn’t cheap at all. You can’t use the terrace unless you order food. This definitely isn’t a four-star hotel.

Aya Sofia and the Blue mosque are just a three-minute walk away, and the location was amazing. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day, and breakfast was great. Erhan the manager was welcoming and friendly, always checking that we were okay and happy. The ladies who cleaned our room were lovely and polite, and everyone there was great. I highly recommend staying here. I know where I’ll stay when I return to Istanbul.

We had a wonderful family stay at Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well located, with a relaxing spa. It felt like a boutique luxury stay with a personal touch. Manager Orhan made a special effort to make everything go smoothly. He was attentive, welcoming, and ready to help, and it’s clear he takes pride in the hotel. Muharram and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too, whether we needed something for the room, recommendations, or just a warm greeting. On our last morning, they even went out of their way to give our girls a Barbie doll. Thank you to Orhan, Muharram, and the whole team for making the stay memorable. I’d absolutely come back and recommend Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Shahnoza, thank you! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We loved the delicious breakfast and its great variety, as well as the perfect location and atmosphere. The stay was amazing and unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
