For what the hotel offers, the prices felt very reasonable compared with the market, and the thermal facilities were lovely. Everything also felt clean and fresh because the place is new. Staff worked hard, treated us respectfully, and really tried to sort out any problems. Since it has only just opened, a few small operational issues came up. We saw some very harsh reviews before arriving, but they didn't seem fair to us. Management handled our minor problems with real kindness and hospitality, even offering us three extra days as compensation. It's hard to find a business so focused on guest satisfaction these days. We had a very good stay and recommend giving it a chance. Criticism should allow the new team some time and recognize the work they're putting in. Many thanks to the staff and management for working so hard for guests' comfort. We'll definitely return.

We're on day three, and so far we've used the hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and salt room. The tropical pool still isn't open, and workers are finishing the garden. There are some snags, as we expected when we booked before the hotel opened. That was a risk, but we got a very reasonable price. A resort with two big-name performers wouldn't have been so cheap. The staff have been kind and attentive, and they try to fix problems. There's a lot of hard work from the hundreds of people here, which shouldn't be overlooked. The food and desserts are excellent. Our room is spacious, spotless, and everything in it is new.

Some small things still needed attention because the hotel had just opened, but the friendly, guest-focused staff made our 3 nights and 4 days very enjoyable. We especially appreciated Yüksel in the restaurant, Bünyamin, the Banquet Manager, Muzaffer from pastry, Ali at guest reception, and Naz in the lobby for looking after us throughout the stay. We hope to see you again soon.

The place is huge, open, and luxurious, with thermal facilities. The food stood out, especially for its range and flavor, and the staff were friendly and ready to help, which put us at ease. I expect people will be talking about this hotel a lot in the future.
