Ceneviz Suit Hotel

The staff were accommodating and made the place feel like a family stay. They gave me great tips for local restaurants. Rooms are big, breakfast was wonderful, and the beach is nearby. Great location, very hospitable.

Really enjoyable stay, with excellent service and food. The location was very convenient too.

Breakfast was excellent, and the people were lovely. The hotel is close to the seaside, with a supermarket in the same building.

The shower suddenly stopped working, and one of its buttons was missing. A previous guest had even mentioned the problem in their review. They sent a cleaner to deal with it, but she only tried hitting the faucet with her hand. Then she told us to use a shower in another room because there was no technician. Having to go back and forth through the hallway so the person with me and I could shower was absurd. There wasn't even instant coffee or tea in the room, things they should spend money on. We'd booked through Otelz.com. When we arrived, the hotel quoted more than the listed price, despite paying a commission to Otelz. We accepted the higher amount. When we mentioned finding only one or two pairs of slippers, a staff member wanted to inspect the room. We could see the pairs lined up side by side ourselves. They seem to have spent a lot, but don't understand the hotel business. I've stayed in hotels of every class in many cities across Türkiye, and this place doesn't understand tourism or hospitality. Even around 2000 TL a night would be unjustified. They charged 6000 TL. It must be a joke.
