I got here a week ago after trying several other hotels, and this one has been the best for me. It's right in the city center, which is a big plus, and the rooms are very clean. There's hot water too, something I've had trouble with at other hotels for some reason. What helped me book was being able to contact the hotel on WhatsApp. They always replied on time and gave detailed information, so I could agree on the price in advance and reserve directly without a third-party app. The receptionist's smile also made me feel welcome and treated nicely. If I come to Aksaray again, this will be my first choice.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and breakfast was delightful. There's also free tea and coffee available any time, plus a nice lobby where you can relax. The location is fantastic, with everything close by. My room was spotless, with fresh sheets, clean pillows, and a comfortable bed. The AC unit was new, the bathroom was exceptionally clean and had all the necessities, and the wardrobe had plenty of storage. I highly recommend this hotel.

A little gem. Everything was in good condition, and the whole place was extremely clean. The interior was tasteful, even to my Scandinavian eyes, and the RF pollution levels were low. On arrival they offered me soup, free of charge. The breakfast buffet had fresh tomatoes, olives, and tea. Five-star experience!

They clean the rooms every day, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, but they'll bring you coffee if you ask :)
