Crystal Centro Pearl Collection

The only thing that disappointed me was that the pier wasn't open. Everything else made this the best resort I've visited in Turkey, and I'd happily return to Crystal Centro Resort. We arrived at 8 a.m. on our first day and could go straight to breakfast. An hour later, our room was ready, and a porter brought all our suitcases up. The room was fantastic, spacious enough for our family of five, and had a beautiful view from both balconies. The building was well maintained inside and out, with lovely decor, a welcoming reception, and a comfortable lounge with plenty of seats. The resort is close to the beach and sea, on a pretty street with lots of shops, and about half an hour by car from Antalya, which is well worth visiting. There was a huge choice of food. The main restaurant offered different things every day at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including fruit, desserts, bread, soups, and hot and cold dishes. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant too, with plenty to choose from and pizza and pasta at lunchtime. The beach bar restaurant did burgers and fries, served in a fun way on a little board, with the burger in a bag and fries in a basket. The 24-hour restaurant was my favorite, especially for grabbing a burger in the evening. Orhan was there each evening, always smiling, friendly and funny, and ready to help. He was my favorite employee, though all the staff worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. You could see how much effort they put in, serving drinks on roller skates. There were lots of bars and drinks to choose from, including options for children, plus pastries and ice cream at the coffee bar and waffles, mine pancakes, and churros elsewhere. The pools were great. The outdoor one was heated, and the indoor pool was pleasantly warm too, which was handy when it rained. There was also a sauna and steam cabin, and I really enjoyed trying the Turkish massage. The slides were fun, and the play area had lots of water slides. Antalya is about a half-hour drive away, and the resort itself is close to the sea and shops.

The service was excellent, and the airport is only 10 minutes away. Still, after two awful nights, I'd only see this as a basic option for a cheap three-day break. The hotel feels worn out and needs updating, even though it's generously sized. The worst part was the noise from other guests, not the street. After the disco ended, local guests played music in their rooms around 2-3 a.m. The music wasn't bad, just played at the wrong time, and we couldn't rest. It may once have been one of the coast's best hotels, but it doesn't feel that way now. Maybe an upgrade with less all-inclusive stuff and better quality would help. Good luck.

The fish restaurant was especially good, and there was a big selection of tasty food. Crystal Centro Antalya is family friendly, with lots of guests there with children. Our room was clean, the pools spotless, and the staff helpful and friendly. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it.

The animation crew made a big difference, with fun activities for both kids and adults. The staff were all so kind and smiling. The entertainment options were good, and the water slides were a lot of fun, even the ones meant for children were enjoyable for grown-ups.
