There was no privacy at all, and everyone could hear us. The rooms were cramped and shockingly small compared with the online listing, and the condition didn't match the price. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed when we asked basic questions or needed help. It made the whole stay frustrating and uncomfortable, and their manner felt careless and disrespectful. The hotel itself felt unwelcoming, with no sense that guest service mattered. As paying guests, we expected basic respect and better hospitality, but the experience fell short at nearly every turn. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, pleasant stay.

The managers we met on the last day were friendly, but that didn't make up for the issues throughout the stay. Noise carried constantly from the rooms beside the elevator, day and night, so proper sleep was impossible. Hot water was missing every other day, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. When we asked reception what was going on, the staff were unpleasant and disrespectful. We don't recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and breakfast was very tasty. The staff were excellent, attentive, and helpful, too. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back. The location was very good as well.

The location is good, but bring earplugs. Traffic outside is very loud, and you can hear guests in the next room. We had to sleep with earplugs in. The bathroom is ridiculously small, and its door hits the toilet before it can open fully. Breakfast wasn't great either, with very little to choose from. The aircon only worked on the fan settings.

I booked three nights at Royal Bosphorus Hotel & SPA Hamam, but left after just one. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I felt unsafe. The breakfast looked nothing like the photos, the bathroom leaked, and construction noise began early, making it impossible to sleep, especially for my elderly mother. They promised to move us to another room because of the conditions, then the receptionist denied that and refused to help. When I tried to check out early, staff ignored me. I raised my voice to get their attention, and the owner came out, grabbed my phone, and smashed it against the wall. He became physically aggressive, so I had to flee the hotel. Avoid staying here, especially if you're a woman traveling alone.
