Royal Seginus - All Inclusive

Dilek Saglam deserves a special thank you for being so kind and providing such excellent service. The whole team was attentive and polite, and their friendliness really added to our stay. We felt welcome throughout. Royal Seginus Hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms and a well-kept facility. There was also a wide range of tasty food and drinks. We had a wonderful time, would gladly return, and highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind and did their jobs well. The pool was large and well maintained, and the beach was attractive and easy to reach on a very efficient shuttle. The food was decent for a place cooking in such large quantities, and some of the à la carte restaurants are worth trying. There are spacious common areas too. But the room cleanliness was shocking. The floor was extremely dirty when we arrived. I asked housekeeping and reception repeatedly, and although they promised several times to do a deep clean, it was NEVER properly cleaned. Our sheets were NEVER changed during the week either. That’s unacceptable for a hotel advertising itself as 5-star. Getting a pool sunbed was nearly impossible unless you went very early. The rules against saving loungers with towels weren’t enforced, so people put towels down around 5 a.m. to claim them. Reception gave little clear information at check-in and were unhelpful and very unprofessional, with hardly any willingness to assist. Despite the kind staff and a few positive features, the housekeeping and service problems were serious enough that I would not consider returning.

We went in winter, and there wasn’t much entertainment. One day had an amazing belly dance show, but on the other days there was no show event, so the hotel felt boring. The kids’ club also had very few toys and no entertainment, and could use more toys. The main restaurant food was very tasty, though the waiters looked tired and annoyed with guests while serving. The pool was tiny and very cold, despite the pool area showing 29 degrees. I also didn’t like the old-fashioned hotel decor or the blue lighting in the rooms. It needs changing. I stayed at the hotel at the end of January 2026.

We appreciated the hotel representative’s help arranging our excursions, and the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail really shaped the atmosphere. The hotel, rooms, meals, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. We spent a week at Royal Seginus Hotel over Christmas, from December 23rd to 30th. The six of us had three rooms, 1801, 1802, and 1803, each with lovely sea and mountain views. For Christmas Eve dinner, the hotel served a special meal with roasted turkey, rice and almonds, and delicious mushroom sauce. We’d happily return and highly recommend Royal Seginus Hotel.
