The owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning, and the place is right in the center, close to everything.

The showers and toilets weren't working, even though all we needed was a bed, a shower, and a toilet. They didn't care about our problems and were rude, and the price is very high. I can't recommend staying here.

The kitchen was a big plus, with everything from plates, cutlery, and soup bowls to pots and storage containers. We had a double bed and a single sofa for the three of us. The small balcony was charming, though I forgot to take a photo, and this is one of the best locations to stay in Akyaka. It's a little hard to spot the entrance stairs between two cafes. Since we were on the first floor, the cats made breakfast on the balcony less pleasant. In the evenings, the room smelled strongly of oil from the pastry and toast shops directly below. The duvets were very stiff and uncomfortable, possibly because they were washed without fabric softener. Still, it's a nice option for a few days.

The market and ATMs are easy to reach, parking wasn't a problem, and the prices seemed reasonable for Akyaka. We stayed three nights in September 2022, paying 500 TL per night, and the service suited us for that price. Our group was three people. The rooms are small but very clean, and the kitchen had the equipment we needed, including a working extractor fan. There was a bakery smell outside, but it didn't bother us much because we usually used the air conditioning. The balcony faces straight across the street, so it's mostly useful for drying swimsuits and towels.
