The view from the window really made the experience special. My room was very clean and well maintained, so I was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

I had to stay in this area for business, though I come to Istanbul only once in a while. There weren't major problems, but several things made the experience just meh, and it wasn't worth the price. We agreed by phone that I'd pay by card, then the same person said they didn't accept cards when we arrived. If I'd known, I wouldn't have stayed. Just tell the truth. The first night was freezing, with no heater and a broken heating setting on the AC. There was only one sheet, and when I asked for blankets they didn't have any. They brought a heater on the second day. I had to text the person managing the place every day, which isn't what anyone wants, and we even got a morning text telling us to leave at 11 am. I won't stay here again.

The staff were friendly, and the place is close to Ortokoy, just downstairs. I was having a hard time, and the employees helped me a lot. Thanks, Bude Suite.
