İnci Apart

Nice apart and nice service. The low ceiling made the room feel like a coffin, though, and with more than two people it can feel cramped. Unfortunately, the staff can’t do anything about that.

The location was excellent, close to the Azmak River, and the lively evenings with music suited us. Mr. Burak was especially helpful and the staff assisted us with everything. But the cleanliness was awful. We had to wash the plates and spoons before using them, and although we never swam in the sea, the bathroom was covered in fine sand. Everything I touched seemed dirty and stained. We would come back if it were clean.

Everything in the kitchen was there and clean, and the rooms felt hygienic too. We also appreciated having hot water around the clock. The location is right in the town centre, with the beach two minutes away and Şok and Migros at the start of the street. Parking wasn’t a problem. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. If you visit Akyaka, I’d definitely choose İnci Apart. Thanks to Mr. Burak for his care and attention.

We had a really unpleasant stay and wouldn’t choose this place again. The toilet smell was awful, and even after we specifically asked, they didn’t use deodorizer or bleach. There was no toilet paper or cloth for wiping the kitchen counter, and the balcony table was so dirty that black grime kept coming off when we wiped it. Still, they left a note asking guests to leave the room as they found it and not leave dishes behind. Hygiene shouldn’t be left entirely to the customer. The lights barely worked and didn’t give enough light, and there’s no dishwasher. Not every room has air conditioning, including the bedroom, so it could be roasting at night. You may want to bring toilet paper, toilet deodorizer, a portable air conditioner for the bedroom, and a kitchen cloth. The smell, lighting and cleanliness problems really surprised us. The apartment was very inadequate.
