Kekik Alacati Otel

I’m replying to the owner’s response to my comment. I work as a general tour guide, and taking photos wherever I go is part of my job. When we arrived, the owner showed us the room, said it was ours, and left. There was no need to make a big deal of that gesture. We don’t even remember which room we booked, but if you’d mentioned it at the time, we could have asked for the room we were entitled to. Writing about it here as though you did us a favor feels unethical. Instead of going on about customers, I think you should replace the bed, renovate the bathroom, or do something to fix them.

The balcony room we chose was seriously awful, as you can see in the photos I uploaded. Still, the owners were incredibly sweet, friendly, and understanding. You rarely meet people that kind anywhere in the world. Breakfast was very good for a boutique hotel, and I especially liked the entrance. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.

The place is quiet and relaxing, and it’s right at the foot of the Alaçatı market, close to everything. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our balcony room was one of the rare ones where you can sit outside and feel at ease. Breakfast was generous, and the private pool was very clean. I’d definitely recommend considering a stay here. Special thanks to İlyas, the owner, for being so helpful and attentive to everyone. I’m thinking of coming back to Kekik Hotel next summer.

We had a wonderful three days here with our 3-year-old. The hotel is close to the city center, but the noise didn’t bother us at all, and parking was convenient too. Every employee was warm and welcoming. We were happy with the service and the breakfast, and this is somewhere we’d choose again. Thanks for everything.
