2/10
The price had me expecting a much cleaner stay. Dust was everywhere, from reception and the stairs to the room and bathroom, and the floor had plenty of hair on it. It was frankly disgusting. I can't understand why this hotel gets such high ratings; my stay was disappointing.

Being right in the centre of Alaçati made it easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, and breakfast was included and really delicious. The hotel is adorable and very clean, but the staff stood out most: they were so kind, caring, and helpful. I’ve never had service like this elsewhere. I loved my stay, and they’ve raised my standards for hotel service. Definitely check them out!

I loved the little kittens 🥹❤️. The location, staff, breakfast, and atmosphere were all immaculate. Everything felt perfect.

It’s a family-run place, so the hotel feels like home, and the staff are really friendly. The reception is open 24/7, and they speak English. It’s also in a perfect spot among the lively streets of Alaçatı.

My best stay ever 💚. Even a 10 out of 10 doesn't do it justice ✅
