The Royal Luxury Hotel

I left shortly after arriving and checking in. Someone else had booked this place for me, and I complained to them as soon as I saw it. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel safe or comfortable there. It was old, dirty, run-down, and bare-bones, more like an extremely cheap budget motel than a hotel. The name felt misleading and didn't fit the place at all. I couldn't stay there, and I didn't.

I booked four nights, but the room was unpleasant as soon as I opened the door after check-in. It smelled strongly of cigarettes despite my request for a non-smoking room. The floor, towels, and sheets were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. I showed the reception photos and was told they'd clean the room or maybe move me. When I came back from the city, they'd only put in one roll of toilet paper and changed the bed. The next day I bought bleach at a shop to clean the toilet and jacuzzi myself. They also advertise a gym and breakfast, but neither was available. WiFi didn't work in my room for the first two nights, and people talked loudly at night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I'd booked three nights, but after the first one I had to move to another hotel. The room was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in, with smoke smell everywhere. Worse, the toilet had clearly been used and left uncleaned before I arrived. Completely unacceptable. I've never experienced anything like it.

The room was freezing because the heating didn't work, and the window wouldn't work either. There were other problems too, and the service was very poor. I strongly don't recommend staying here.
