Simply Fine Hotel Alize

We ended up leaving two days early and paid for a different place far away. The room was in poor shape: the toilet kept running, the balcony light wouldn’t turn off, and none of this was fixed despite several complaints. The beds were so uncomfortable they were unbearable for my sister, who has scoliosis and narcolepsy. Hygiene was bad, and she even landed in the hospital after getting food poisoning there. Staff were unpleasant and made us uncomfortable the whole time. An employee directly asked guests to give five-star ratings, including my sister, so I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews. The whole stay was a disaster from beginning to end. Never again. Avoid it.

There was something to eat every day, even for a picky eater like me, and it was delicious. The hotel was lively, with music, dancing, and other activities daily. The employees were lovely, smiling, friendly, and quick to help. Our room was very tidy, and I’d suggest getting one with a sea view. The place itself was cozy, well located, and clean, with no garbage around. My only complaint is that there’s no internet in the room, though you can buy it for 10 euros per week. It was my first visit, and I think I’ll come back. I recommend it!

The night manager went out of his way to make sure my family and I had the best stay in Turkey. All the staff we met were welcoming, and we felt comfortable asking for help with anything. Receptionists were very helpful even though English isn’t their first language. The breakfast chef was especially sweet and remembered my dietary restrictions, which was a lovely bonus. I’d definitely recommend Simply Fine hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ♥️

The bartenders were absolutely great, and after a week we felt like best friends 😄 The staff were excellent too. Some Polish guests were very rude and disrespectful. One woman hit my friend in the face with a slipper because we accidentally splashed her with water. Apart from that, things were really good, and the food was okay.
