The hotel was quiet the whole time I was there, though I could see plenty of people staying there. I came about five years ago, arriving in mid-December and leaving on January 2-3. The room was nice, but we didn't understand what was happening at first and had to wait until morning to ask for help. The receptionist was very sweet and polite. Since it was the off-season, lots of things weren't operating, including the hammam, and there were no excursions, so we had to go out and find things to do ourselves. The food wasn't great. The Bolognese, for instance, wasn't something the Turks knew how to make, though the sweets and fruit were good. Wi-Fi only worked in the lounge. It was my first trip to Turkey, and I'd like to visit somewhere else next time.

A lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff. I recommend the hammam and massage. Beytu, the masseuse, is sweet and polite and has 10 years of experience.
