The buildings are a little old, but it’s a very nice place to stay or enjoy a vacation. I loved the pool, gym, and even the private cinema. The location is great for tourists, close to Metro store, Alamium center, and the hospital, with the sea just a few minutes’ walk away.
There’s a nice bar by the pool with all kinds of drinks. Mustefa at Nova complex is a really nice person who takes care of everything.

This is meant to be a luxury residence, but none of the gym treadmills have worked for months, and the building manager still hasn’t fixed the issue. The huge Oğuzhan company apparently can’t afford to buy a treadmill for one of its best buildings, even though maintenance fees are high and apartments rent or sell for 100-150 thousand Euros. If they can’t get a treadmill sorted out in six months, what kind of service should anyone expect?
