Alanya Risus Park Hotel

Hygiene was terrible. On our first day, the bathroom felt dirty, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby. The restaurant was also too hot to sit in, with no air conditioning. The food was awful, with a small menu repeated at all three meals. There was little salad and it wasn't replenished, and the fruit and cake choices were poor. The fruit was warm and never chilled. Towels weren't changed unless we asked several times, and the staff were unfriendly. The worst hotel we've ever stayed at, and it doesn't deserve a single star.

The beach setup takes some figuring out. The hotel umbrellas are free for guests, but the spot is a bit off to the right. From the hotel, head to the main road and turn right to find the entrance, which isn't obvious. There's an underground path across the road near the beach. The sea entry at the spot is uncomfortable, with rocks and strong waves. Going left toward the pier, there's sand and fewer rocks. This place suits students who don't expect much. Staff speak English and clean every day. Our broken lock was fixed the same day we reported it. The food was tasty, though nothing special. The bar has only fresh drinks, beer, or those same drinks with gin or vodka. Part of the coffee machine wasn't working.

For a cheap price, this was a very good hotel. It was near the beach, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and really friendly. WiFi wasn't great, but it wasn't a big problem. We had a very good vacation, thanks!

The entertainment team made our stay fun, with activities during the day and different shows every night. Kids can dance with Mr. Mario at the mini disco. The food was okay, about average, and the hotel staff were amazing and helpful. We're so glad we came to spend time here, and we'll definitely come back. Thanks, Risus, for making our vacation excellent.
