Almera Park Apart Hotel

We stayed in the annex from 26/06/25 to 05/07/25. The rooms were spacious and modern, with very cold AC and good toilet and kitchen facilities. Nusrat, the annex night receptionist, was a legend, always friendly and helpful. The pool is good, though I think 6pm is too early to close during summer. The main building restaurant serves good food at good prices, and its staff are friendly and helpful. We had a really good stay, thanks for having us.

I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and apartments in Alanya, and for the price this was the best. We enjoyed the room and the service, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room service team under Neslihan did very good work, and the hotel technician Mustafa handled all the repairs properly.

The people here are lovely, and the reception and bar staff work hard every day to put a smile on guests’ faces. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, and the service really saved my holiday. The main building is beautiful, in good shape, and I’d recommend booking there. We moved there after having trouble in the old annex, and the receptionist was understanding and sorted it out for us. The old annex has some poor rooms. Our mattress was so hard that I could feel the springs and got bruises, and I couldn’t sleep. I have an illness and need my sleep, so I hope they replace the mattresses in those rooms. The toilet and sewer smell was very strong, even when someone in another room used the toilet. Housekeeping also needs to improve. They came each day, but didn’t properly clean the floor or toilet. We ran out of toilet paper, there was no bin, and we got only one fresh towel in 11 days. They arranged the sheets into hearts and other shapes, which made it look as if they’d cleaned when they hadn’t. I really like the hotel because the people and service are so lovely. Thanks again for everything.

Free WiFi that worked great, and comfortable sun loungers. The slides are simple but fun, and the pool was clean, with no nasty stuff that I noticed. The hotel itself was very clean too, and the staff were friendly and happy to chat.
