Ananas Hotel

ISOO and Ozzy from the animation team made the biggest impression on us. You two do a fantastic job, and we'll remember you for a long time. Hope we get to meet again! We were really looking forward to this trip, so leaving so disappointed was hard. In all my five visits to Turkey, I've never stayed somewhere this disappointing. The food was often cold, the selection was very poor, and there were only three kinds of meat dishes in total. Lunch leftovers came around again at dinner, and several guests got sick from the food. The beach was rocky, and the staff seemed arrogant, with no one smiling. I don't usually leave reviews, but I couldn't keep quiet this time.

My parents had a six-night stay in September and came away really happy. They especially liked the food, both its quality and the variety. They missed dinner on arrival, but reception helped by bringing them food. The reception staff also helped with translations and arranged a shuttle when they needed one. They thought the hotel's entertainment program was fantastic too.

The views from this beautiful spot are breathtaking, and the pools are nice. The food, though, wasn't very tasty, and it's easy to get food poisoning. I heard the kitchen staff might be doing it on purpose by serving food that isn't fresh, though I can't say for sure. Most of the staff don't understand English and speak only Turkish and a little Russian. The person I found worth talking to was Elif, the animator, a young, kind woman who loves people and wants to make them laugh.
