We were here as a family with children aged 4 and 9. The room was spacious and well equipped, the mini club staff were excellent, there was always food available, and we liked the beach. The hotel looks lovely, but the way it’s run made the stay very poor. The biggest problem was the spa. It was presented as private and relaxing, but there was no privacy, the shared facilities were overcrowded and poorly maintained, and the steam room was broken and mouldy. We booked several couples massages and were separated each time despite asking not to be. Staff ignored those requests and were dismissive and rude. A complimentary treatment that had been promised never happened. We also had a bad experience with the hairdresser: we got incorrect advice, were pressured after paying, and the result was uneven and needs to be redone. When I raised concerns, I was brushed off and talked over, with staff addressing my husband instead of me. That was unacceptable. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to keep asking for towels and bedding. Service in general was minimal unless we chased it. Guest relations were frustrating too. The included à la carte restaurant was always said to be “full” until we challenged that, after being told we’d have to pay extra. The indoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised, so it was unusable for young children. We also saw concerning, inconsistent behaviour from lifeguards and some entertainment staff, including children being turned away from activities. There is potential here, but the management is very poor. We wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and we loved our stay. The surrounding area, though, is a building site with construction everywhere. Maybe it’ll be amazing once everything is finished in a few years, but in 2026 it’s not there yet. The all-inclusive offering was much more extensive than anything I’ve seen: there’s a 24-hour bar at reception, plus waffle and ice cream, coffee and cake, and a sweets table for kids in reception. Pools were clean, the slides were well supervised, and so was the private beach. Staff were friendly, though in our experience most didn’t speak much English. There seemed to be mainly German guests, and staff spoke German.

A really good family hotel for the price. The food was tasty and healthy, and nobody got ill. The place was clean everywhere, the pools included. The sea was calm with no big waves, and the sandy beach felt very safe for children. The ladies at the Mini Club took especially good care of the kids.

We planned for one week with our two young kids and ended up staying for two. The kids club and children’s entertainment were brilliant, and we loved the pools and gorgeous beach. Facilities were excellent, the food was delicious with lots of choice, and the bar staff were so friendly. We’ll be back!

The staff are a big part of what made our stay at Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel in Türkler so pleasant. They were attentive and kind, and the multilingual team and 24-hour reception made things feel easy and welcoming. There’s plenty to do for different kinds of guests. We enjoyed the private sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers, as well as the pools and waterslides. Entertainment includes a disco, games room, water aerobics, aerobics, darts and billiards, for adults and children. Meals were varied, from a generous breakfast buffet, including options for late risers, to themed dinners. There were also gluten-free and vegetarian choices. The spa was a lovely place to unwind, and guests particularly recommend the Turkish bath (Hammam) and massages. The services were excellent, and I’d recommend it for a holiday on the Turkish Riviera.
